We are also a certified Crime Free Multi-Housing community! Autumn Chase is one of the few communities in Columbus to be certified by the Crime Free Association. Our managers have received over 24 hours of training from both the police and security professionals in how best to keep crime at bay at Autumn Chase. If you’re interested in one of our furnished apartments and love all of the Macy’s furniture and accessories, you can purchase them from us interest free! The investment for each of the packages is:

First floor studio 1 bedroom: $2,100

Second floor studio 1 bedroom: $2,200

Townhome, 1 bedroom, 1 bed: $3,500

Townhome, 1 bedroom, 2 beds: $3,700



Highlights of the furniture packages include:

All bedroom furniture including box spring, mattress and linens

All living room furniture including couches, chairs and end tables

All kitchen tools, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and more!



Autumn Chase will finance the purchase over the course of your 12 month lease, payable in 12 equal monthly payment in addition to your rent. At the end of the 12 month lease, you will own your furniture!
